Shipping

We ship to the United States. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or customs. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• How to return: Contact us at support@molicca.com to start a return. We'll provide instructions.
• Return shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective or damaged.
• Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping.
